Vevok-chef now offers free delivery on items online for most orders over $45.
You get 2-day delivery on most items. Look for the expected arrival date in your Shopping Cart under Product Information. Plan ahead with confidence knowing your delivery will arrive on schedule.

FREE standard shipping and residential delivery on most orders over $45 made at vevok-chef.com. Some exclusions apply. See product detail for free shipping eligibility. Plus, This offer is not valid on gift cards or prior purchases or certain items containing weight and/or size shipping restrictions (details in item descriptions). This offer is valid on parcel and residential delivery only; it does not include scheduled delivery or expedited shipping. We reserve the right to change or end this offer at any time. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, or U.S. Territories. Please allow 3-5 business days for parcel ground delivery and 5-10 business days for home delivery in addition to order processing time which varies by product. All returns are subject to vevok-chef.com standard return policy. Void where prohibited.
Shipping Methods
Standard Ground
Standard Shipping is the default shipping method for most items and includes delivery by a small parcel carrier.
Expedited
Expedited Shipping includes second day delivery by a small parcel carrier, once the items ship. Processing time is additional and will vary by product.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact with info@vevok-chef.com to cancel the order in 1 day after order. If it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy.
When will my order arrive?
You could get the tracking number and carrier when your account log in. If you can't get the tracking number or carrier, please contact with info@vevok-chef.com to get help.
What if my merchandise arrives damaged?
If you order arrives with damage, please contact with info@vevok-chef.com so we may assist you with a replacement order or refund. If you are present at the time of delivery, refuse the broken or damaged items with the carrier and, when applicable, note the damage on the delivery receipt.
What happens if my item is backordered?
When a product is in backorder status, the estimated delivery date is provided on the product information page and in the order confirmation e-mail. In rare instances, when an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, you will receive a Backorder Notification email. In both scenarios, your item will ship as soon as it becomes available and you will not be charged until the item ships. Items on backorder will be automatically cancelled at 60 days without customer authorization to extend the order.
Are there any delivery restrictions?
Any states with delivery restrictions will be noted on each item’s product information page. For items eligible for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow an additional 2-5 business days. Additional remote surcharges may apply. We are not able to ship to international destinations, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
