Refund policy

Vevok Chef has a 30-day return policy, meaning that all returns can be accepted after 30 days of receiving your product, if it hasn't been used, it's in its box and with all tags and stickers in place.

When the product returned has been used, is not in it's box or keeps tags and stickers: Vevok Chef will discount 20% off the full reimbursement as a "re-new fee".

All refunds will be made via Paypal or Stripe, and can be arranged for each situation.

Damaged products won't be eligible for a return if when they were received by the customers they were in good conditions.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@vevok-chef.com. Please note that all returns will be subject to approval before being accepted so it's important you get in touch with our customer service giving specification of the reasons for the return and attaching images to the request.


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or company gifts.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded directly on your credit card via PayPal or Stripe within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you require the return to be made using a different method, it has taken over 15 day or you have any question, please contact us at info@vevok-chef.com.
